About the Author
Michelle Marchildon is an award-winning journalist and the author of three books on yoga. She is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and was a reporter/writer for 25 years, and a yogi for 20. She put these two passions together to teach yoga teachers how to theme with inspiration and clarity.
Her memoir, Finding More on the Mat: How I Grew Better, Wiser and Stronger through Yoga is the story of how yoga can change your life, through the eyes of a hilarious, inappropriate soccer mom. Theme Weaver: Connect the Power of Inspiration to Teaching Yoga is a best-selling guide for how to motivate students on the mat.
