Mission: Finding the "light."
Michelle’s mission is to help everyone find clarity on the mat, and purpose in life. She teaches yoga with an eye to improving alignment, understanding a pose, supporting the student and growing someone's practice. She meets every student where they are, and supports them along the way. The key to unlocking the practice, and attaining the most difficult, level 3 poses, resides in how we begin. How we begin is how we proceed. Michelle teaches with patience, precision and a whole lot of humor. If you can't laugh at yourself doing yoga, you might be doing it wrong.
Workshops, Retreats and Speaking
Michelle is known for bringing inspiration to the mat. She is the author of Theme Weaver: Connect the Power of Inspiration to Teaching Yoga, and she offers the "Theme Weaver" series of workshops to help yoga teachers connect authentically to students. She is an approved “Wisdom Warrior” yoga teacher for the older student, a class designed by Desiree Rumbaugh. Michelle offers private instruction, workshops, teacher training and retreats to share time with other great beings on the path.
