Michelle currently teaches at One Yoga in South Denver. She also holds private lessons and small group trainings at her home studio.

Expanding Yogis

Mondays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.  at the home studio

An hour class focusing on foundations, building strength, suppleness and community. We laugh as we go lightly along the way.

One Yoga

Tuesday, 4:30 to 5:30, Align 1
Wednesday: 12:15 - 1:30 Align 2-3

Tuesday is an all-levels class as we focus on making poses accessible and growing our practice, from the inside out. On Wednesday, we explore the poses with depth and often play in inversions, arm balances and deeper backbends. Alignment yoga is not "gentle" yoga, but a more precise, focused, careful practice. The "Wednesday Warriors" have been meeting since 2008 in South Denver. Come join us! We grow better together.

 

Greenwood Tennis and Athletic Club

Michelle has been part of the GATC community for years and participates in the Teacher Trainings and Workshops. She is on a little hiatus from weekly classes at this time.

Private Instruction

Michelle offers private instruction for individuals with an eye toward healing and growing one's practice. Contact her at yogimuse@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Cost: $50 for a 55 minute session.

Michelle’s mission is to help everyone find clarity on the mat, and purpose in life. She believes that inspiration will keep us going, and that enhancing our health will lead to wellness in our later years.  She meets every student where they are, and supports them along the way. The key to unlocking the practice, and attaining the most difficult, level 3 poses resides in how we begin. How we begin is how we proceed. Michelle teaches with patience, precision and a whole lot of humor. If you can't laugh at yourself and have fun while doing yoga, you might be doing it wrong. It is never too late to start. We want a life with everything.
