About the Book
“So who do I have to kill to get some Grace around here?”
Kate Bartolotta, Senior Editor of the Elephant Journal, said "Finding More on the Mat" is about yoga, "but it's about a lot more than that." Bartolotta writes, "If, like me, you struggle to find that balance between desire that moves you forward and contentment in where you are now—both on and off the mat—Finding More is for you." “In a style similar to Elizabeth Gilbert's "Eat, Pray, Love,” Michelle reveals her own version of the life story that many of us have experienced on our way to discovering inner peace and inner strength. I laughed out loud while reading this book and at the same time, the words touched my soul because I saw myself as she shared her personal experience. Whether you practice yoga or not, reading this book will help you understand why it is being practiced by millions of people in the world. Thank you for this easy to read and yet difficult to put down story about how one woman became so much more in her life by getting on her mat. This is one of the most inspirational and timely books on yoga in the world today. We need this book!”

“The only thing better than reading Michelle’s book would be having her to read it to me! In another life, we would have eloped, but at least there is now her book to keep me company which so amazingly captures her wit and charm and her ability to light up a room with laughter and sweetness. She can veer from acerbic one-liners to the deepest profundities all while making you feel like her best friend. Read this book! “Michelle is a deep, truthful and modern guide into this shimmering teaching of Yoga. Her book, hilarious and moving, will illuminate your way, inspire your practice and confound you with her wit, wisdom, age and blasphemy. She has truly given us a gift and thank God she has done this after age 50, as we may not have been able to handle her in her earlier days.”
