Find Inspiration, Cultivate Your Voice and Create Amazing Classes
The ability to theme a yoga class is partly a gift, and partly a skill we can develop. There are techniques and timings we can learn to make it easier to wake our students up to a greater experience in the body, mind and spirit.
Theme Weaver uses “The Other Eight Limbed Path.” It takes the mystery out of theming with a formula anyone can follow. If you have a desire to be authentic in your class, tell a story, use mythology, or create greater connection for your students, then this workshop is for you.
Enrollment is limited to create a supportive and powerful experience for each participant. 12 hours. C.E. credit with Yoga Alliance.

Geek Hours 2016
At heart, Michelle is a geek. She was in the library when others were out partying. Her geeky workshops will focus on alignment, teaching techniques, asana and themes. 2017 will be dedicated to mythology, asana and teaching skills in the classroom. The schedule will be posted in December.

Myths, Magic and Mayhem, 2015
Start your year off with a little magic and mysticism from the Ramayana and Mahabharata texts. We will have “adult” story time with the myths of Hinduism, and then enjoy a light practice celebrating the Gods, Goddesses and Animals of mythology. Perfect for those looking for the backstory of yoga.
