Michelle's mission is to help everyone find clarity on the mat, and purpose in life. You can find her at several studios in South Denver. Additionally, she holds classes and private lessons at her home studio. Email if you wish to schedule a private or join the Monday Expanding Yogis class.

 Mondays: Expanding Yogis

  • 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.  at the home studio

An hour class focusing on foundations, building strength and suppleness and community. We laugh as we go lightly along the way. Email if you wish to join.

 

 

 

Tuesdays: 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.  and Wednesdays, 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Yogapod Littleton, Basics

Michelle teaches foundational postures with an eye to improving alignment, understanding the pose, supporting the student and growing their practice. She meets every student where they are, and supports them along the way. The key to unlocking our practice, and attaining the most difficult, level 3 poses resides in how we begin. How we begin is how we proceed. Michelle teaches with patience, technical precision and a whole lot of humor. If you can't laugh at yourself doing yoga, you might be doing it wrong.

 

Wednesdays: 12:15 - 1:45 Align 2-3. One Yoga Denver in the Tech Center.

The Wednesday Advanced Class has been meeting for nearly 10 years in South Denver. This class is for curious yogis of all abilities who want to learn skills and develop a strong practice. We work with the basic postures as well as harder level 2-3 poses, and see how to make them work for our bodies and needs. Alignment and flow, but no whining as we go. Open to all levels, but honestly, you need to take care of yourself in an advanced format.

 

 

 

 

Greenwood Tennis and Athletic Club

Michelle has been part of the GATC community for years and teaches workshops as well as private sessions. She is on a little hiatus from weekly classes at this time.

Private Instruction

Michelle offers private instruction for individuals or small groups with an eye toward healing. Contact her through email to set up an appointment. Rates are $50 for a 50 minute session, with discounts for a series of 4. MM-4389
